You Could Win A Chance To Be A MAC "Model"

MAC Cosmetics has decided to do something different. Instead of hiring models for their Fall 2011 campaign, the company will be using “real” people.

As part of an online contest, people just need to visit their campaign site, MacMeOver.com, and upload a picture or video of themselves using the phrase “MAC me over because…”
James Gager, creative director of MAC Cosmetics worldwide, reveals:

“People sometimes have the perception that you can only get crazy, intense makeup from MAC. But we can also give you the most flattering makeup possible. We wanted to showcase the versatility of the brand, and it sounded like fun to have lots of people tell us why they’d like a MAC makeover.
We’re hoping we get entries which truly reflect our creed: all races, all ages, all sexes. This contest isn’t about who is the greatest looking — it is about who has the best style.”

Hopefuls have from now until December 20th to enter. Then six winners will be chosen and flown to NYC for the photo shoot.
However, the competition is US based only and for those 18 and over.
