While in Paris for Fashion Week Rihanna pulled out a slew of feminine, stylish looks that showed a much softer side of the pop star. First, there was the tu tu and blazer she wore on Oct. 4 that I was a huge fan of — even if it isn’t a look everyone can pull off everyday!
When she stepped out for a dinner date on Oct. 5, Rihanna opted for a floral mini skirt and cropped jacket from the Stella McCartney resort 2011 collection that I absolutely loved on the star. While her hair still irks me, I love the way she balanced out the get-up with a nude bustier and nude Christian Louboutin’s — this is definitely my fave look that I’ve seen on the star in a while!
On Oct. 6, RiRi sat in the front row at the Miu Miu show where she wore a Prada resort 2011 look from head-to-toe. While the print on the dress was pretty, I didn’t like the length of the get-up — or the way it looked with her shoes and socks. While Rihanna loves the shoes and socks trend (as do I) this is a time where it just doesn’t work! She finished off the look with a white fur stole. Although I wasn’t fond of this get-up, since it was more feminine than we’re used to seeing from the star I won’t complain that much.
The very next day the star stepped out to meet with designer Jean Paul-Gaultier, where she wore cream pants with an off-the-shoulder sweater and patent Louboutin’s with a bow in her hair. My fave look was definitely her floral dinner outfit, but which was your fave on the star?
